Strickland Brockington Lewis offers a wealth of experience in litigation. The firm’s lawyers represent clients before administrative agencies, in state and federal courts, in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and in the United States Supreme Court. Their work includes jury trials, bench trials, motions and appeals, as well as mediation and arbitration. The firm has achieved exceptional results for clients in a variety of cases. They successfully handled the landmark Georgia redistricting case, Cox v. Larios, beginning with the trial before a three judge panel in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, through the affirmance of that judgment by the U.S. Supreme Court on June 30, 2004. In a high profile education case, they obtained from the federal court a preliminary injunction restoring accreditation to a private university whose accreditation had been denied.
